Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. The first ordered was canceled and replaced by another one - same product.

did they refund? Mine was ordered last Dec 18 and until now its not yet picked up by the courier from the warehouse
Got their email today that they will process my refund; at first, they gave me store credit and I put my foot down - no store credit but credit me back to the credit card I used when I paid. Why would one need to shout to the entire world just to be served correctly???
